On November 3rd, during the national conference “Învaţă şi dă mai departe”, the “WORDS UNITE US” Erasmus+ project our school has created and is coordinating has received the European Language Label.
“We want to thank you for the award that represents a reason for joy for the whole team. With great joy we took the time to tell the story of our project. The award gives us strength and courage to pursue our mission and our ideas for future projects. Even though our motivation has nothing to do with awards in general, we are happy someone has thought about us.”
The European Language Label is an award encouraging initiative in language teaching and learning, through awarding innovative teaching techniques and information diffusion on the topic while promoting best practices in the field.
The award goes yearly to the bets language oriented projects in participant countries. The awarding procedure is coordinated by the European Committee while being administrated by the member states whose national juries decide the selection criteria.
Our school has been represented at the event by three of the students involved in the project (Antonia-Ştefania STOIAN, Marius-Vasile CIOCAN and Marvin-Costin FĂŞIE) and two of the teachers (Alina STOIAN and Sorina PÎRVU).
